Southwestern Advantage Students Achieving Greatness Nationwide
Every year, Southwestern Advantage celebrates the hard work and achievements of the diverse college students who completed the summer program. US District Sales Leaders have hosted several award banquets across the country including Dallas, Texas, San Diego, California, Knoxville, Tennessee, and Lincoln, Nebraska. There are upcoming banquets being held in Naperville, Illinois, Minneapolis Minnesota, Layton, Utah, and Orlando, FL.
Based on their summer sales achievements and work ethic, students had the opportunity to earn a variety of awards such as sales certifications and top sales awards. Experienced students, who mentored first year program participants, were eligible to win levels of recruiting certifications and two other recruiting specific awards. Additionally, over 215 students won the Southwestern Advantage Incentive Trip, Sizzler, where they will go to an all-inclusive resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Over the summer, students were given the opportunity to donate a portion of their sales earnings to an impoverished Mexican community. While they are in Mexico, the students get to see the positive impact of their contributions and interact with the people they helped.
Each student who completes the Southwestern Advantage summer internship program has accomplished a life-changing experience that will help them reach their goals in life.
