For brand new recruiters, sessions were geared toward goal-setting, learning the recruiting process, and building initial connections. Experienced recruiters were equipped with strategies for expanding their teams and re-engaging past recruits, while leadersreceived guidance on teaching others to recruit and how to use practical tools like F.A.R. (Family, Associates, Referrals) and ClickUp for managing team growth. Breakout workshops also covered a wide range of topics, from personal goal-setting and client retention to utilizing LinkedIn for professional development.

Mark Rau and other company leaders discussed 2024’s accomplishments, previewing exciting developments for 2025, while motivational stories and best practices were shared by top recruiters and team builders. Student leader Delaiah Pittman reflected on one of the key lessons from the three-day summit: “I learned how important it is to develop our personal brand and present ourselves professionally, not just in person, but also on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.”
